Oregon Among States In Eli Lilly Settlement

PORTLAND, Ore. -- Oregon is among the 32 states that joined a $62 million settlement with Eli Lilly & Co. for the antipsychotic drug Zyprexa. Oregon Attorney General Hardy Myers joined attorneys general from other states to lead the investigation of the pharmaceutical company's marketing practices.
