More than 2,000 runners packed the streets of Santa Ynez, Los Olivos and Solvang for the third annual Santa Barbara Wine Country Half-Marathon on Saturday. According to race organizers, 70 percent of the racers were female, a large crowd cheering for them on Mother’s Day weekend.
