Former Danville business owner guilty of drug charges

Thomas Everett Cox, 47, pleaded guilty Wednesday to possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and transportation of cocaine in Virginia, according to court documents.

The owner of the Youngstown Sports Grill faces charges. The Mahoning County Grand Jury today indicted Sean Pregibon on charges of Workers Compensation Fraud and failure to comply with the law. Pregibon operates the Youngstown Sports Grill located on South Avenue in Boardman.
