Dec. 1 (Bloomberg) -- Tony Bilson , the “Godfather of Australian cuisine,” isn’t one to flinch under pressure. In September, amid tumbling stock markets and plunging confidence , he opened Number One Wine Bar, a low-key cousin to his high-end, titular French restaurant at the Radisson Hotel.
