Jane Carol Cooke Kelley, 82, Champaign, Ill. and Sister Bay, Wis., died Sept. 30, 2008, in her home in Champaign. She was born Nov. 6, 1925, in Champaign, to William Hendricks Cooke and Roberta Crommelin Cooke while they were attending the University of Illinois. She grew up with her extended family in Terre Haute, Ind. and attended Wiley High School from 1940 to 1944.
