Demassi Pontiac files for liquidation

RIVERDALE – Demassi Pontiac, which shut two dealerships in March, has filed for liquidation with debts of $2.45 million. The company reported assets of $175,600 in its filing Tuesday in U.S. District Court in Newark.

Arts groups in area to receive $250,000
