Nursing students compete to raise funds for Haiti foundation

“Pennies make dollars.” It’s a fundraising adage many likely heard when they were younger. Lander University’s Department of Nursing recently found the statement to be true, however, as it raised $731 through a “penny war” between nursing classes to benefit the Haiti Nursing Foundation.
