OHP, Wal-Mart partnering with NWOBI in upcoming blood drives

Oklahoma Highway Patrol and Wal-Mart are partnering with Northwest Oklahoma Blood Institute for blood drives Tuesday and Dec. 11. All healthy, Enid-area residents, age 17 and older, are encouraged to donate.
