Defense Asks to Dismiss Jury in NH Capital Case

The prosecution in the Michael Addison case has rested and the defense will soon present evidence as to why it believes Addison should get life in prison instead of death. But, in a late development, the defense hopes the jury is thrown out before the trial gets to that point. FOX25's Shirley Chan reports.
