KUALA LUMPUR: Car drivers will be slapped with a RM300 fine if their passengers do not buckle up their rear seat belts from Jan 1. Road Safety Department director Datuk Suret Singh said the drivers were responsible as they should not start on any journey if the passengers have not buckled up.
