FRANKFURT -(Dow Jones)- Utility E.ON AG (EOAN.XE) Chief Executive Wulf Bernotat said Thursday that despite worsened credit conditions, the company is sticking to its 2007-2010 investment program of about EUR63 billion.

EU Drops E.On Electricity Antitrust Probe

BRUSSELS -(Dow Jones)- The European Commission Wednesday dropped its electricity antitrust case against the German energy giant E.ON AG (EOAN.XE), saying the company's promise to sell capacity as well as part of its grid were sufficient to remove competition bottlenecks in the market.
