A-Senate approves general education amendment

The Academic Senate approved the entire Hartshorne-Stecker Amendment to the general education program at Tuesday's meeting. Senators voted to delete Section 11, which requires that courses have a "reasonable and realistic plan for using authentic assessment to monitor and report student learning objectives for the subgroup.
