By Robert DeWitt Senior Writer TUSCALOOSA | The city of Tuscaloosa is investigating the moving and removal of water meters during construction on the Stillman College campus, and the incident could possibly lead to criminal charges being filed. City Attorney Bob Ennis said “tampering with a city utility” is a crime, and in some cases can rise to the level of a felony.
