Elgin farmer Edgar McCracken is helping farmers in suffering states such as New Mexico and Southwest Texas by distributing his hay. TUCSON – The Douglas Bulldogs closed out pool play at the Brandon Bean Invitational Friday with a 1-0 win over Pusch Ridge. The win gives Douglas a 2-1-1 record in the tournament. It is not known at press time if the record is enough for the Bulldogs to advance to the championship round.
