NEW YORK CITY-Three proposals to develop 375,000 square feet of buildable space at Manhattan’s Pier 57 were made public on Thursday. The Hudson River Park Trust, which received the three plans in October in response to a June RFP , will review the proposals over the next few months.
"We've been blessed," said Ricky Durst, public relations manager at Camelback Ski Resort in Tannersville. "We certainly got a great set of good weather to go along with our upgrades to the snow-making abilities over the last few years," he said. "We're reaping the benefits of that now."
