Jesup—James Donald “Duck” Duncan, 67, of Jesup died Nov. 23, 2008, in Wayne Memorial Hospital of an apparent heart attack. The Wayne County native was a member of Spring Grove Freewill Baptist Church and teacher of the Men’s Sunday School Class.
