Two Arrested For Unlicensed Dentistry Practice

Two people were busted for allegedly practicing dentistry without a license in Jersey City. Marly Vasquez and Frank Macias were arrested after an undercover officer went in for a teeth cleaning. Officers began conducting surveillance of the business after a patient told officials the business under Macias' name wouldn't give him pain killers for work done at her Central Avenue office.
