Air-conditioned wing a comfort zone for horses – and people

The Kentucky Exposition Center's North Wing is garnering some praise from horse folk. "This is like the Ritz Carlton for horse shows," said Pam Singer, mother of two girls who show horses, in town for the World's Championship Horse Show. "You've got the air conditioning. The footing (for the horses) is nice. Everything's lovely."
