City to outlaw public urination

After the Lee’s Summit City Council meeting on Thursday it may no longer be legal to urinate in public in Lee’s Summit. Currently, the city’s code of ordinances does not prohibit public urination or defecation. But the Lee’s Summit Police Department and the city are trying to get that changed.
