Veteran inducted to Legion of Honor

Francis “Frank” Campbell, 83, of King of Prussia, was inducted Wednesday, July 1, as a Legion of Honor member of the Chapel of Four Chaplains. The awards banquet was at the Center of the Norristown Catholic War Veterans.
