Children get free winter coats

Pimlico Elementary School student Tashawna Holloway, 6, choses a new coat in the school gymnasium, earlier this year. Every student in the school received a coat through the Keeping Kids Warm program sponsored by the Charming Shoppes, a Philadelphia-based retailer.
