A combative man who was allegedly using methamphetamine died after police used a taser to try to restrain him, according to the Fontana Police Department.

A suspected methamphetamine addict died Monday after being Tasered and restrained by Fontana police. Shawn Iinuma's family called 9-1-1 dispatchers about 1:15 a.m. to report that he had been using meth for several days straight and was "acting strangely."
