Franklin Elementary School is out to prove that underdogs do come out ahead. In fact, this could be Franklin’s year to shine. For the last seven years, Franklin has been rated by the Ohio Department of Education as being in “school improvement.” In other words, when it comes to standardized tests, the students may not have performed as well as they could have over the last eight years.
