Program aims to recycle Hawaii phone books

Hawaiian Telcom Yellow Pages is partnering with a locally owned recycler, Island Shell LLC, to convert outdated directories into oil absorbent materials, Green Lava Hydro-Mulch or InCide Pest Control Cellulose Insulation — products that will be used locally.
