Easttown Marijuana possession Easttown police arrested and charged Emily Mallard, 22, of Royersford with possession of a small amount of marijuana June 29 at 10 p.m. after a traffic stop on Leopard Road. According to police, after Mallard was stopped for speeding an officer reported finding drug paraphernalia and a small amount of marijuana inside the car.
