District 1 – North County • On 12/17/08 a deputy was dispatched to the 17000 block of Denise Street, in Conroe, in reference to a disturbance. The deputy learned that that an assault by threat had occurred. An intoxicated 60-year-old male was arrested at the scene and charged with assault – family violence by threat. This has been referred to Justice Court.
