A traffic stop in Port Lavaca city limits Friday resulted in a drug bust and the arrest of Steven Christopher Moreno, 18, of Port Lavaca. Police Chief John Stewart said Moreno was a passenger in a vehicle stopped by the traffic officer. The officer smelled burning marijuana.
