BOULDER COUNTY – The Olde Stage Road fire has been contained, and the evacuees have returned home. Fire officials pronounced the 1,400-acre fire “100 percent contained” Thursday night. That means a boundary has been drawn around the fire. After that comes controlling the fire – making sure none of it can escape the boundary – and then extinguishing it.
