Rubicon, Cabrillo rise to top in region

Thousand Oaks' Cabrillo Music Theatre and Ventura's Rubicon Theatre won big this week at the 2008 Ovation Awards in Los Angeles. Cabrillo took six awards, more than any other theater company. The Rubicon earned four, more than any other dramatic producing company.
