DUI TORRINGTON — Nancy Marshall, 43, 511 Sharon Turnpike, Goshen, was arrested and charged with breach of peace, driving under the influence and improper turns after police investigated a physical altercation involving a car on Cooper Street on July 2. Marshall was released on a $500 surety bond and was scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court on July 2.
