SARNIA -- A water bottle recycling program is aiming to save Sarnia from litterbugs. Nestle Waters Canada, in partnership with Waste Diversion Ontario and the City of Sarnia has launched the first pilot public spaces recycling of its kind anywhere in Ontario.
