Billy Wagner, the $43-million setup man? That's what manager Jerry Manuel suggested Friday if the Mets can't get him into a minor-league rehab game before Wagner is healthy enough to return. With every other level done for the season, the only option is Class A Brooklyn, which finishes Saturday but is likely to have a first-round playoff game Monday.
