Park U12 boys thrilled with win over Edina

St. Michael-Alberville's Under-11 boys soccer team visited St. Louis Park's Louisiana Oaks Park Monday, June 22, and found a buzzsaw waiting. Jackson Sokolowski and Miguel Ocampo recorded hat tricks, as the Park boys romped to a 7-1 victory.

Park Legion seeks playoff berth

St. Louis Park's American Legion Baseball team got a taste of top-shelf competition in an 11-2 loss to Hopkins Wednesday, June 24, at Dakota Field. Park will get another shot at Hopkins at 6 p.m. Thursday, July 2, at Hopkins High, and coach Mike Streitz of Park is looking for a better result.
