New turns signals on State Street have flashing yellow lights

BOISE – The Ada County Highway District is making left turns off of State Street safer for drivers. Crews began installing yellow flashing turn signals Tuesday.  The first ones are at State Street at Bloom Drive and Plantation River Drive. The yellow turn signals replace the green ball lights.
