Japan fails to intercept missile in Hawaii test

Rear Admiral Brad Hicks is the director of the U.S. Aegis ballistic missile defense program. He attributes the failure to an unidentified problem aboard an interceptor missile fired from the Japanese destroyer JS Chokai.
