He allegedly blamed a gang for explosion that destroyed four other businesses in Ottsville. Under audit by the IRS, and reeling from an insurance fraud conviction and the loss of his chiropractor's license, Jonathan P. Wiktorchik Jr. torched his upper Bucks County office in March 2008, destroying four other businesses in the process, federal prosecutors say.
